The structure of Class III cage type regulating valve is the same as that of Class IV cage type regulating valve, and the interchangeability between the two can be achieved by replacing the valve core and sealing ring. The IV level cage type regulating valve core is equipped with high-performance sealing rings, effectively improving the leakage level, with a leakage level of IV.
The fluid channel of the valve is S-shaped, and a guide wing is also installed on the valve body to improve the fluid balance flow around the sleeve. It has the advantages of low pressure drop loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, high flow regulation accuracy, large valve core guide area, and good seismic resistance. The valve seat adopts a direct pressure non threaded connection, which is easy to disassemble and repair. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi spring pneumatic thin film actuator, compact structure, and high output force. It is suitable for use in situations that require good dynamic stability, low noise, low cavitation erosion, high and low temperature, and high pressure difference.
