The working principle of flow and pressure regulating valves is mainly based on the effects of liquid resistance and spring force. When liquid passes through a valve port, it will experience a certain resistance, which is the liquid resistance effect. The function of spring force is to maintain the stability of the valve core position, thereby achieving the regulation of liquid flow rate and pressure. Specifically, when the liquid enters the valve body from the inlet, it will pass through the flow channel on the valve core. When the valve core is moved upward by the regulating device, the cross-sectional area of the flow channel will change, thereby changing the flow rate of the liquid. At the same time, as the cross-sectional area of the flow channel changes, the pressure of the liquid will also change accordingly. When the elastic force of the spring reaches equilibrium with the liquid resistance effect, the valve core will maintain a stable position, thereby achieving stable liquid flow and pressure.
