The pneumatic diaphragm three-way regulating valve has two modes of operation: merging and diverging. The valve core structure adopts a cylindrical thin-walled window and is guided by the side of the valve core. Three way valves can be widely used in certain situations as a substitute for two two-way and one three-way connections. They are commonly used for two-phase regulation of heat exchangers and can also be used for simple proportioning adjustment.
Working principle of pneumatic diaphragm three-way regulating valve
The pneumatic diaphragm three-way regulating valve adopts an electric pneumatic valve positioner, which is powered by electrical signals and compressed air. It receives a 0-10mA DC or 4-20mA DC current signal input from the control system, and the regulator converts the compressed air into a gas source pressure signal input and output. It can achieve segmented control (amplitude signal), thereby changing the valve core opening displacement and achieving precise adjustment and control of the process parameters of the fluid medium.
The positions of the merging regulating valve and the diverging regulating valve spool are different. The spool of the merging regulating valve is located inside the two valve seats, while the spool of the diverging valve is located outside the two valve seats. By designing the spool in this way, the flow direction can keep the spool in an open state, and the merging regulating valve can operate stably.
